You will be responsible for transforming a written song, featured in the published book 'Lifetime's Trust,' into a fully realized musical piece. The project requires collaboration with a female vocalist who can authentically portray a shy college girl, capturing the essence of a 19-year-old character. The song is written in English, and the book is currently available in Portuguese. This is a project with a focus on creativity and emotional resonance, intended to support further marketing and promotion of the book.
Responsibilities
- Compose original music to accompany the provided English lyrics from the book
- Collaborate with a female vocalist to ensure the vocal performance matches the character's age and personality
- Arrange and produce a high-quality recording suitable for promotional use
- Communicate regularly with the project owner to align on creative direction and feedback
- Deliver the final song in a format ready for marketing and distribution
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience in music composition, particularly for narrative or literary projects
- Ability to arrange and produce music for vocalists, with a focus on emotional storytelling
- Experience working with vocalists and directing vocal performances
- Proficiency in music production software and recording techniques
- Strong communication skills and openness to creative collaboration

- Availability for remote collaboration; location in Portugal is a plus but not required
