Tasks/Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement and modernization of business processes within a company operating in the retail distribution sector.

MORE PRECISELY

  • Analyze and map existing business processes (As-Is / To-Be)
  • Facilitate and lead co-creation workshops for business process design
  • Work closely with the ERP transformation team and the business intelligence department
  • Identify and implement realistic solutions aligned with the ongoing transformation (ERP, AI, automation, BI, etc.)
  • Extract and analyze data from various sources (KPIs, SQL, Excel, etc.)
  • Support the management of the ongoing enterprise-wide transformation project by providing cost-benefit and risk analysis
  • Participate in the governance of the initiative portfolio: monitor project progress, assess business value, prioritize efforts, and provide strategic recommendation

PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in continuous improvement
  • Professional experience in enterprise-wide transformation, continuous improvement, and acquisition contexts
  • Strong knowledge of digital processes (ERP, BI, AI, etc.)
  • Experience in retail and/or distribution sectors (strong asset)
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
