Tasks/Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement and modernization of business processes within a company operating in the retail distribution sector.
MORE PRECISELY
- Analyze and map existing business processes (As-Is / To-Be)
- Facilitate and lead co-creation workshops for business process design
- Work closely with the ERP transformation team and the business intelligence department
- Identify and implement realistic solutions aligned with the ongoing transformation (ERP, AI, automation, BI, etc.)
- Extract and analyze data from various sources (KPIs, SQL, Excel, etc.)
- Support the management of the ongoing enterprise-wide transformation project by providing cost-benefit and risk analysis
- Participate in the governance of the initiative portfolio: monitor project progress, assess business value, prioritize efforts, and provide strategic recommendation
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in continuous improvement
- Professional experience in enterprise-wide transformation, continuous improvement, and acquisition contexts
- Strong knowledge of digital processes (ERP, BI, AI, etc.)
- Experience in retail and/or distribution sectors (strong asset)
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
