Position: Business lead (regulatory)
Client: Enterprise Bank Type: 6 months+ extensions to 2 years Location: Hybrid 2-3 days a week Rate: 80-88/hr depending on incorporated or not
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Lead or equivalent senior business role in regulatory environments
- Background in compliance, regulatory, risk, or enterprise change environments
- Demonstrated experience leading business execution across multiple projects
- High degree of critical thinking and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Strategic mindset
- Experience creating executive summaries and decks (PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across multiple lines of business
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in process optimization
- P&L product experience
- Canadian banking experience Bill 64 / Law 25 experience
