This family in Eringate, Etobicoke, with two children (10 months old and 2.5 years old at the time of employment), is looking for a nanny to assist the mom with childcare during her post-surgery recovery from November 24 to December 19, 2025. They’re offering up to $28 per hour for the right candidate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
This is a childcare-focused role. Primary responsibilities mainly include, but are not limited to: providing general childcare for the two children, lifting them up and down the stairs, putting them in their cribs and in the car, putting them down for naps, and feeding them if the parents are not at home. The nanny will also accompany the parent to activities to help take the kids in and out of the car (the mom will be present and driving). Their 2-year-old is enrolled in a gymnastics program, and the nanny may be required to attend classes with her.
The mom will be undergoing surgery and will need assistance with lifting and caring for the children during her recovery. She will be around most of the time but may occasionally need to attend post-op appointments, during which the nanny will be solely responsible for the children.
The family also has two dogs. While pet care is not required, the nanny must be comfortable being around dogs.
Driving is not required.
