Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Agent. The Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing clients' insurance needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, handling presentations, ensuring compliance with company protocols, and collaborating with a team to meet sales and service targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and delivering effective presentations Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills to identify client needs and close insurance plans Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred, but not required Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve monthly targets Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with digital tools or CRM systems Flexibility and a proactive mindset to manage a remote work environment successfully Licensing requirements as per state/provincial regulations (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
