We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic leadership with Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the architectural authority for Oracle Fusion HCM across business units
- Maintain a comprehensive view of systems, platforms, and processes to ensure cohesive integration
- Ensure architectural decisions align with enterprise strategy, scalability, and security standards
- Evaluate proposed solutions for security, compliance, integration, and operational risks
- Identify and mitigate upstream/downstream impacts of technology changes
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights and ROI-driven outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to promote technological initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
- Identify and implement automation and GenAI solutions to streamline HR and business processes
- Participate in governance forums to ensure architectural integrity and standard adherence
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best practices
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM platforms, integration frameworks, and security principles
- Experience with GenAI, automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives preferred
- Demonstrated ability to assess risks, ensure compliance, and manage technology guardrails
- Skilled at translating technical concepts into business-relevant insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable technology solutions
- Knowledge of enterprise governance and architectural best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
