About the role
We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead to oversee quality assurance activities for the implementation of a newly designed mobile application platform. The QA Lead will define and execute testing strategies across web and mobile components.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall QA strategy and test plans
- Lead manual and automated testing efforts
- Conduct API testing and synthetic monitoring
- Ensure web responsiveness and accessibility compliance (WCAG)
- Oversee defect management and reporting
- Collaborate with development teams within Agile/Scrum framework
- Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in QA, including QA leadership experience
- Automation tools: Selenium, JUnit/TestNG
- API testing: Postman, SoapUI
- Web responsive testing: BrowserStack, LambdaTest
- Test management: TestRail, Jira, QTest
- Accessibility testing tools (Lighthouse or equivalent)
- Experience in AWS cloud environments
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar tools
