Senior Clerical Associate (Corporate Services) Location: Regina, SK

Number of Positions: 1

Salary: $27.44 - $35.73/hour (Based on education and experience)

Type of Position: Temporary Full Time (anticipated end date of 09/28/2026)

Closing Date: 10/09/2025

Job Summary Responsible for corporate conference rooms, video conferencing, parking, vehicle rentals and a variety of loaner equipment. Ensures invoices, utility bills and consolidated bills are processed. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties for the department as required. Compiles various corporate reports as required.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities (Not all inclusive or applicable to all assignments)

  • Provides support, documentation, and assistance to internal and external customers with regards to SaskTel’s corporate conference rooms and video conferencing facilities.
  • Administrates allocation of all parking for SaskTel and provides problem resolution using the corporate parking policy as a guideline. Maintains a database for analyzing and tracking parking results, costs and revenues for the company. Assigns parking in SAP and notifies Payrolls to ensure taxable benefit is tracked.
  • Maintains and updates corporate booking calendars for conference rooms and loaner equipment. Updates process and policy information on internal corporate website.
  • Ensures vendor invoices, utility bills and consolidated bills are accurately coded. Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies with vendors. Investigates monthly error report. Adheres to strict timelines for processing invoices to avoid excessive late payment and interest charges.
  • Completes Service Catalogue requests, requisitions to purchase, reservation orders, and goods receipt within SAP.
  • Works with various groups responsible to forecast and analyze technical requirements for corporate conference rooms and provides input for departmental budgets.
  • Archives documents via Corporate Records for backup/historical purposes.

Qualifications

  • Level 30 math.
  • 1 year of relevant office administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, specifically Materials Management and HR modules.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.
  • General knowledge of video conferencing equipment and technology.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with others.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keyboarding skills 20 wpm.

  • Occasional in-province travel required.
