We are looking for a Production Supervisor at our Spyhill Aggregates Site in Calgary, AB.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of aggregates
  • Supervise and coach unionized production teams to meet quality and productivity targets
  • Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Implement and uphold safety, environmental, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in an unionized production or industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance
  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable using technology and systems to monitor operations and performance
  • Commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance culture

Work Environment

  • This role is based in an outdoor, industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions and heavy equipment. It requires mobility across the site and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
