About the role

At PwC, our people in Cloud, Data and AI focus on leveraging technology and make informed business decisions. They utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI and Gen AI Developer to join our team. As an AI and Gen AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of As an Associate GenAI Developer you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and develop AI/ML/GenAI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and optimize AI/ML models using programming languages such as Python or Java
  • Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and suitability for AI/ML models.
  • Train, test, and validate AI/ML models using appropriate techniques and methodologies.
  • Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and monitor their performance.
  • Continuously research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and data scientists.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities.

Experience And Skills You’ll Use To Solve

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI/ML deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
