The Role

The Customer Care Representative provides exceptional customer service and support to Homeowners, Inspectors, Trades, and the Supervisor at the development site.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Address pre-occupancy and post-possession homeowner concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule services with sub-trades to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure superior homeowner satisfaction and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to homeowner enquiries.
  • Other duties as required to support organizational objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Administration or a Construction-related field.
  • Prior relevant experience in the construction industry, with familiarity with the Tarion Warranty program considered an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and unsupervised, while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel to construction sites when required.
