Other

• Some projects may require travel and so incumbents must be able to obtain and maintain valid travel documentation at all times .
• Project activities may require working outside of standard business hours (9:00am-5:00pm).

Education and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of project management expertise working with waterfall, agile and hybrid project frameworks, or equivalent education and experience. PMP designation would be an asset
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing large projects or multiple small projects.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional services/consulting organization.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working within or directly with government or other publicly funded organizations.
• A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Commerce , Business Administration, or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of, and experience and working with the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology or other industry-standard project management frameworks.
• Organizational Change Management experience and PROSCI Change Management certification would be an asset
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
