Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Initiatives, the Coordinator will support our growing learning deliverables and work closely with learning leaders, lawyers and members of the learning and development team to keep programs running smoothly from start to finish. This position will coordinate logistics, support speakers, maintain project plans, prepare communications and use educational technology to help create a seamless experience for participants.

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate learning programs, events and online sessions from planning through wrap-up
  • Manage project plans, scheduling, task lists, program records and shared inboxes
  • Draft communications, agendas and minutes
  • Liaise with speakers, participants and internal teams
  • Support room setup, catering, virtual sessions and learning technology
  • Track attendance, registrations, evaluations and CPD accreditation requirements 
  • Maintain organized files, program lists and internal learning pages
  • Help the team during busy periods and contribute to continuous improvement 

Position Requirements

Education and Experience

This position requires a post-secondary education in adult learning, project management or a related discipline, with at least one year of related learning coordination experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proactive, service-focused approach 
  • Comfortable working with file management systems and educational technology tools
  • Interested in learning new tools, including approved AI tools or LMS
  • Committed to teamwork, with the ability to take initiative and work independently 

Compensation:  

The range of expected compensation for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. 

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
