Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist.
Location: Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM – Toronto, ON.
Serpa Chrysler is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing and successful dealership team!
As the first point of contact for our customers — both in-person and over the phone — you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for everyone who visits or contacts our dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously, take accurate messages, and provide helpful information.
- Route customers to Sales Consultants without delay.
- Assist with administrative duties, including processing customer payments, filing, scanning, and sorting mail and courier packages. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and waiting area.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, accurate, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience operating a multi-line telephone system is an asset.
