Role Description The Administrative Assistant role at Athel is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day office operations by managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. This role will involve answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and serving as a communication hub between internal teams and external stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant will also assist executives with calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and basic administrative projects, helping ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the organization.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations, documentation, and scheduling tasks effectively. Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, greet visitors, and coordinate information clearly and professionally. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience to support leaders with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics. Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars) and comfort working in a technology-focused environment is beneficial. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; post-secondary education or training in business administration or a related field is an asset. Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate respectfully with diverse teams and stakeholders.
