Crew Leader – Landscape Maintenance

At CSL Group Ltd., we’re raising the bar in commercial landscaping. We’re looking for a Red Seal Horticultural Technician or a graduate with a degree in Horticulture or a related field to bring expertise, leadership, and passion to our team.
If you’re bilingual in English and French, thrive in outdoor environments, and are ready to lead and train others, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a crew of 2–3 team members, sharing knowledge and technical expertise
- Apply horticultural training to tasks such as pruning, planting, turf management, bed maintenance, and softscape installation
- Identify and meet the maintenance needs of diverse commercial properties
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct crew training and ensure compliance with safety and best practices
- Build relationships with clients and team members while representing CSL with professionalism
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and jobsite demands with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Red Seal Horticultural Technician designation OR a degree in Horticulture/related discipline
- Bilingual – English & French (spoken and written)
- 2+ years landscaping experience plus 1+ year in a leadership role
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Physical ability to lift, dig, climb, bend, and work outdoors for extended hours
- A growth mindset with a willingness to continue learning and developing

As Certified Snow Professionals we guarantee you'll rest easy knowing CSL Group is on-site, reliably providing safety and protection against the hazards of ice and snow on your commercial grounds.
Our staff is fully trained in snow equipment operation, on-site troubleshooting, and health & safety. When a storm is imminent we're on the job 24/7, monitoring real-time weather data, keeping you informed of changes utilizing tools such as email & social media outlets. We are always standing by with the manpower and equipment to fight whatever weather comes our way.
