Position Overview
The Receiving Clerk ensures seamless stock management, inventory handling, and workspace maintenance within the gift redemption process. This position involves receiving, preparing, and organizing inventory for distribution, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Collaboration with delivery teams and a customer-focused mindset are essential to the role.
Schedule
Thursday 10am to 3pm
Saturday 10am to 3pm Sunday 10am to 6pm

Responsibilities
Stock Management
Ensure the floor is consistently stocked with products
Receive gift deliveries from the Receiving or Maintenance teams on pallets
Inventory Handling
Open gift boxes and prepare items for distribution
Unpack and break down boxes efficiently, organizing inventory for seamless operations
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with Player Services to request and manage inventory as needed
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Clear packaging materials promptly to maintain a tidy workspace
Ensure carpets and floors are clean and free of debris after gift unboxing and distribution Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the designated areas
Lifting & Transport
Safely lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs to designated locations
Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs as required
Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and distribution effectively Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and presentable workspace Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable and punctual with minimal supervision

Le Commis garantit la gestion fluide des stocks, la manutention des inventaires et l'entretien de l'espace de travail au sein du processus d'échange de cadeaux. Responsabilités
Gestion des stocks
S'assurer que le plancher est constamment approvisionné en produits
Recevoir sur des palettes les livraisons de cadeaux provenant des équipes de la réception ou de la maintenance
Manutention des inventaires
Ouvrir les boîtes de cadeaux et préparer les articles pour la distribution
Déballer et défaire les boîtes de manière efficace, en organisant l'inventaire pour garantir des opérations fluides
Communication et coordination
Assurer la liaison avec les Services aux joueurs pour demander et gérer l'inventaire selon les besoins
Propreté et entretien
Ramasser rapidement les matériaux d'emballage pour maintenir un espace de travail ordonné S'assurer que les tapis et les sols sont propres et exempts de débris après le déballage et la distribution des cadeaux Inspecter régulièrement les zones désignées et en maintenir la propreté
Manutention
Soulever et transporter en toute sécurité des articles pesant jusqu'à 50 livres vers les endroits désignés
Exigences
Capacité à soulever, porter et déplacer des colis pesant jusqu'à 50 livres, selon les besoins Capacité à rester debout, à marcher et à effectuer des tâches physiques pendant de longues périodes Solides compétences organisationnelles pour gérer efficacement l'inventaire et la distribution Soucieux du détail et engagé à maintenir un espace de travail propre et présentable Esprit axé sur le service client et excellentes compétences en communication Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec une supervision minimale Fiable, ponctuel et capable de travailler avec une supervision minimale

About Playground
Playground was established in 2010 and with the continued support of poker players from all over the world, Playground continues to expand and further develop our service offerings for our valued guests.
Conveniently located just 15 minutes south of downtown Montreal in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, the complex currently offers over 44 poker tables and a selection of over 800 Electronic Gaming Devices. For dining, there are three distinct restaurants to choose from. There are authentic Japanese delights at the upscale Drunken Dragon, a vibrant steakhouse known as etc., and the locally renowned restaurant The Rail Coal Fire Bistro. Additionally, there's the Babel, an exquisite cocktail, tapas, and Shisha lounge, and Esperanto, a sophisticated lounge dedicated to cigars and whisky. Phase 2 of our expansion will reach its completion upon the opening of a forthcoming hotel.
