About the Role
Mint Health + Drugs is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise patients on prescription medication usage
- Monitor patient medication profiles
- Create and maintain accurate records
- Assist in training and developing site staff
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation
- Communicate with site manager
- Stock of pharmaceutical supplies
- Source contractors for operational needs
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives
- Conduct informal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Report operational concerns to the Operations Manager and Director of Operations
- Submit reports on audits, process improvements, and KPIs
- Support HR in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding pharmacists
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree
- Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection preferred
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Licensed with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia in good standing
- Current CPR Certification Valid in British Columbia
- Drug Administration by Injection is an asset
- ISTM is an asset
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience within retail pharmacy is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and operational oversight skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in managing pharmacy inventory and financials
- Knowledge of the Dayforce system is an asset
- Ability to implement and adhere to regulatory compliance
- Experience in pharmacy management and leadership is an asset
- High attention to detail and good judgment
- Ability to travel regionally
