Journeyman Technicians, HVAC – FIFO 14/14 | Fort McMurray
Work half the year – 14-14 schedule
For over 90 years, Levitt Safety has helped make Canada a safer place to live and work. We’re looking for Journeyman technicians who want a predictable rotation, premium industrial work, and long term stability in Fort McMurray.
This is a Fly In / Fly Out field role supporting mobile HVAC and safety critical equipment in remote industrial environments.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mobile HVAC systems on heavy and off road equipment
- Diagnose A/C and climate control issues to OEM standards
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Manage service truck inventory in the field
- Cross train on vehicle fire suppression systems and portable extinguishers
- Participate in Job Hazard Analyses and follow Safe Work Practices
What You Bring
- Journeyman certification in ONE of:
- Heavy Equipment Technician
- Truck & Transport / Truck & Trailer
- Automotive Service Technician
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician (mobile equipment experience)
- Industrial or mining environment experience
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license & clean abstract
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing and background checks
Fire equipment experience is an asset - we’ll train the right technician.
