We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who enjoys bringing order to complexity, anticipates needs before they arise, and remains calm under pressure.

The Job! This role supports a high-profile executive with an extremely demanding schedule, constantly shifting priorities, and a significant volume of internal and external interactions. Success in this position requires resilience, confidence, diplomacy, exceptional judgment, and the ability to manage competing demands while always maintaining professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include: Manage an exceptionally busy and ever-changing calendar, balancing competing priorities and making thoughtful scheduling decisions. Anticipate the executive’s needs, proactively identifying potential conflicts and resolving issues before they arise. Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing requests, protecting the executive’s time, and exercising sound judgment regarding priorities. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, presentations, and special events. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, correspondence, and meeting follow-up. Build and maintain productive relationships with senior leaders, clients, board members, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion. Keep the executive organized, informed, and prepared while adapting quickly to changing expectations. Follow through relentlessly on commitments and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Maintain composure and professionalism when priorities shift with little notice.

What you bring to the job

You are someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work. You also come with the following qualifications: 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, C-suite leader, or other high-profile decision-maker. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Thick skin and emotional intelligence—you don’t take changing priorities or direct feedback personally. Confidence to respectfully push back, redirect conversations, and influence outcomes when appropriate. Outstanding communication skills and executive presence. The ability to read situations, adapt your approach, and navigate different personalities with diplomacy. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests while remaining detail-oriented. Absolute discretion and professionalism.
