Job Description: Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN/RPN
provides accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. An ability to communicate effectively with families and the health care team is required. he individual must possess a progressive and innovative approach to long term care.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Knowledge and Abilities
- Perform nursing services relating to the care of patients in long term care
