About the role
Overview The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for inventory accuracy, product availability, and coordination between production, sales, warehouse, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role ensures inventory integrity, supports customer fulfillment, and maintains efficient supply chain operations through strong analytical and systems expertise. Review and adjust Bills of Lading (BOLs) to ensure receiving accurately matches inbound shipments. Process warehouse breakage write-offs and enter rework cases into the system. Perform daily inventory reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies. Coordinate and complete full inventory counts during four-week period-end inventory reconciliations. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity across all warehouse locations. Product Availability Work closely with the Production team to maintain healthy inventory levels. Partner with the Sales team to ensure products are available to meet customer demand. Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support the launch and distribution of new products. Monitor inventory trends and proactively identify potential supply issues. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Coordination Maintain effective communication with warehouse and 3PL partners. Support onboarding of new products into 3PL operations. Ensure inventory movements are accurately reflected between internal systems and external warehouse providers. Billing & Administration Prepare and process weekly invoices for 3PL providers utilizing the MyBuy platform. Maintain accurate documentation and support supply chain reporting as required. Qualifications Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations. Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Production, Sales, and external logistics partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems is considered a strong asset.
