We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive with a strong consultative sales approach.
Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing new accounts in the US and Canada by identifying business opportunities with target prospects and clients while proactively building relationships and offering tailored services that meet the specific needs of the clients .

You will be responsible for :
- Account Development: Identify and develop new accounts across the US and Canada by proactively generating and nurturing business opportunities with targeted prospects and existing clients.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients through multiple channels (email outreach, trade shows, LinkedIn, etc.). Proactively follow up on prospects and qualify inbound leads to drive new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and technology partners, fostering trust and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and needs, and effectively position our digital solutions as value-driven responses. Engage key decision-makers, including C-level executives, through a consultative sales approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, prepare RFP responses, and deliver compelling presentations aligned with client requirements.
- Marketing Alignment: Partner with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead-generation initiatives, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Accurately track sales activities, maintain up-to-date CRM records, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in account development and sales prospecting , ideally within the eCommerce, digital, SaaS, or technology solutions sectors.
- Proven experience in creating and managing a strong sales pipeline, from prospect identification to qualification across various channels (email, trade shows, LinkedIn, marketing-generated leads, etc.).
- Ability to understand client needs and propose the right service offerings. Capability to discuss e-commerce solutions and adapt the value proposition for relevant stakeholders. Able to clearly articulate proposed solutions and convince C-suite executives and other key decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building skills: Ability to establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with prospects, clients, and tech partners.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Bilingualism: Master of written and spoken French and English, as you will be required to communicate in these 2 languages on a daily basis as part of your duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting persuasive proposals.
- Commitment to team success, shared accountability, and collective goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems: Experience with systems like HubSpot or Salesforce for managing sales pipelines.
- A valid and up-to-date passport is required, as the role will involve travel across North America.
