Responsibilities
Supporting recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes for new hires. Maintaining HR records, employee files, and internal documentation. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Helping maintain investor relationship records and follow-up activities. Supporting market research and fundraising campaigns. Assisting with strategic partnership initiatives.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
