Position Description
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, we are seeking a driven and versatile Marketing Coordinator to craft and execute compelling digital strategies that elevate brand visibility, engage key audiences, and drive measurable results. This role bridges design, content, and analytics, developing and optimizing digital campaigns that align with business objectives.
In addition to executing digital campaigns, this individual will play a critical role in building and maintaining our Salesforce CRM platform. As the internal owner of this system, they will be responsible for optimizing how we capture, nurture, and analyze customer data across the funnel.
This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including website content, email, social media, and paid media, to support key initiatives
- Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce CRM: managing data hygiene, dashboards, campaign integrations, and user adoption
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and IT to align CRM usage with go-to-market strategies and workflows
- Write, edit, publish, and manage content across digital platforms with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Own campaign reporting and performance analytics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Execution, and Construction, to align marketing with broader goals
- Create visually engaging assets such as web graphics, email templates, and social media visuals using Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage SEO/SEM strategy, including keyword planning, metadata optimization, and performance tracking
- Build and manage campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and other automation tools
- Develop landing pages and user flows to support conversion goals
- Maintain brand voice and design standards across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams to develop compelling, on-brand responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other proposal content, including drafting, editing, formatting, sourcing input from subject matter experts, and ensuring timely submission.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of campaigns and creative assets
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Asana, Figma)
- Strong understanding of SEO, web content strategy, and email marketing
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- Skilled problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
Salary & Benefits
- The salary for this position is $75,000- $90,000. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
- Our group benefits package, which has no waiting period, includes extended health and dental benefits, in addition to a Health Care Spending Account and a fitness allowance.
- RRSP – We provide a competitive RRSP contribution plan, with base contributions made by Mercer which can be supplemented with personal contributions matched by the company up to a certain %.
