We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer to join our team, playing a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in scripting languages, various automation tools, and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation solutions tailored to the needs of the team.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks using best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate automation solutions into the software development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively share ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
