Snow Plow Operators
to operate plows, loaders, and skid steers during snow events. Work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a team that takes pride in quality and safety.
What You'll Do:
- Operate snow plows, front-end loaders, skid steers, or sidewalk tractors
- Clear snow and apply salt or sand to designated areas
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Be available and ready to respond during snow events (day or night)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience operating snow removal equipment is an asset
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Available and dependable during snow and ice events
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $25 to $35/hr based on experience
- Consistent on-call work throughout the winter season
