About the role

As an RSA Archer Developer, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise risk management solutions using RSA Archer. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

• In this role, you will:
• Install and configure RSA Archer packages and applications across environments, ensuring smooth deployment and version control.
• Design and implement complex workflows using Archer’s Advanced Workflow capabilities to automate business processes.
• Develop and maintain data feeds for importing/exporting data between Archer and external systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Configure and manage Data-Driven Events (DDEs) and notification rules to trigger actions and alert users of key events.
• Implement and maintain role-based access controls to ensure appropriate user permissions and security compliance.

What you need to have to be considered:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer (v6.9 or higher; v6.12+ preferred).
• Proven experience in designing and deploying Archer applications and packages.
• Strong understanding of Advanced Workflow, DDEs, notifications, and access control within Archer.
• Experience developing and maintaining data feeds for integration with external systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

These will help you stand out:

• Familiarity with the .NET framework, including C#, SSIS, and SQL.
• Experience in systems administration tasks such as monitoring, configuration, backup, authentication, and performance tuning.
• Strong coding practices with a focus on defect-free programming and peer code reviews.
• Ability to contribute to project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication.
