About the role

The Senior Proposal Specialist will work closely with corporate and regional buildings teams on developing and submitting proposals, leading marketing tactics and supporting business development initiatives.

This role is based out of our Mississauga, Ontario office

What You Will Be Working OnCoordinate the proposal preparation and submissio n:Read and distribute Request for Pre-Qualification/Request for Proposal (RFPQ/RFP) information to the pursuit te amCreate and distribute the responsibility matrix with the pursuit te amDistribute requests for information internally, as requir edCentralize and standardize RFP conte ntSet deadlines for content and mana geStrategize on proposal content and work with the identified proposal le adArrange and record proposal team meetin gsWork with the proposal lead to draft tailored conte ntManage technical conte ntWork with external vendors and stakeholders to obtain their input and informati onReview and editing of proposal materi alArrange for proposal revie wsCopy, collate, bind, distribute, courier, deliver all proposals; a ndShare lessons learned and best practice s.Incorporate a continuous improvement mindset post submissio n:Track proposals – submissions, successes, opportunities for improveme ntSet up and participate in debriefs and document feedba ckAct as the single point of contact for all RFP, RFPQs, Expressions of Interest (EOI), and other such communicatio nsCreate new and update employee resumes and project sheets as need edEnsure consistent look and feel for all submitta lsEnsure proposal quality and complian ceArchive information and keep the marketing database up to date; a ndMaintain marketing information files, obtain project information at the start of the project, and create project folder.
