JUNIOR Associate System Architect
About the role
At Sarmaya, we build custom enterprise systems powered by explainable AI and agentic workflows engineered around each client's data, governance, and operations. We're looking for an Associate System Architect ready to grow from strong engineering into full system design.
What you'll do
Support senior architects in designing system components, data flows, and integrations Translate requirements into technical designs under guidance Document architecture decisions, diagrams, and technical specifications Help evaluate tools, patterns, and trade-offs across projects Learn how Explainable AI and agentic architectures are designed for real enterprise environments
What we're looking for
0–2 years of software engineering experience with exposure to system design Solid grasp of backend development, APIs, databases, and cloud fundamentals Understanding of architectural concepts (microservices, scalability, integration patterns) Strong analytical thinking and clear technical communication Eagerness to grow into a full architecture role
Why Sarmaya:
You won't be configuring off-the-shelf software. You'll learn to architect trusted, governed systems from the ground up with mentorship from senior architects and exposure to enterprise AI.

About Sarmaya AI
Sarmaya is a digital transformation company that develops custom systems for growing enterprises.
We design and engineer core platforms for finance, supply chain, HR, operations, and other critical business functions. Our work replaces spreadsheet sprawl, manual workarounds, and fragile integrations with structured systems that scale. You get automation without black boxes and control without bottlenecks.
We don’t sell software. We build what needs to exist for your business.
That means working with real workflows, regulatory requirements, legacy systems, and operational constraints. Not idealized processes. Not demo architectures. We take the environment you are operating in and engineer systems that work inside it and improve it.
Our clients are growth-stage and enterprise teams who have outgrown duct-tape solutions and vendor-led transformations. Most come to us after rising costs, brittle integrations, and platforms that promised transformation but delivered configuration fatigue. They need more than a vendor. They need a partner who can think at the system level and execute cleanly.
What we do includes building operating systems for finance, HR, supply chain, operations, and fully custom domains; migrating and structuring data platforms without losing history or breaking compliance; designing AI workflows that are explainable, auditable, and governed; setting up cloud infrastructure and DevOps that scale without fragility; modernizing cybersecurity deployment and controls; and deploying full tech teams when execution matters now, not after months of hiring. We also provide consulting and training to ensure systems remain effective long after delivery.
We operate a Tech Team-as-a-Service model for companies that want senior-level output without hiring overhead or long-term fixed costs.
Sarmaya is part of TAG Group, operating since 2006.
We build systems that think and explain. Your data. Your rules. Technology that works.
We'd be pleased to connect!
