What Your First 90 Days Look Like

You’ll receive comprehensive training designed to set you up for success. By the end of your onboarding, you’ll confidently:

• Navigate multiple computer systems

• Serve as a knowledgeable, friendly first point of contact for customers

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• 1–3 years of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred)

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new automotive products

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Product Advisor, you will be the expert customers rely on—guiding them from the first hello to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building genuine, long‑term relationships with clients

• Responding to leads and scheduling daily appointments

• Reaching out to personal and dealership contacts to drive sales

• Creating engaging vehicle experiences: test drives & video walkarounds

• Ensuring a smooth and exciting vehicle pickup experience

• Demonstrating key features and technology to clients

• Acting as the bridge between sales and service for new customers

• Using industry‑leading software to track all customer interactions
