Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, government relations, restaurant, retail, technology, or related industries
• Strong understanding of Canadian local business operations, permitting, licensing, compliance, and regulatory communication
• Proven experience building relationships with government agencies, business associations, property groups, restaurant/retail partners, or community organizations
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and strategic discussions
• Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are an asset

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, business associations, and local business partners
• Support licensing, permits, compliance, and regulatory communication
• Assist with business expansion, strategic partnerships, and market entry opportunities
• Represent the company in meetings, events, industry associations, and negotiations
• Provide local market insights and operational recommendations for business growth
• Identify potential partners, pilot customers, government programs, and expansion opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary CAD $60,000-$100,000 per year
