As Manager, IT Supplier Management in the Performance, Strategy and Investments Administrative Department, you lead a series of specialized activities essential to the IT sector’s success. You are responsible for overseeing your unit’s service offer, developing and implementing its action plan, and overseeing activities supporting your executive division’s business plan. You help structure an innovative strategic vision for managing IT suppliers by integrating executive governance, financial rigour and greater efficiency in decision-making. You draw on your ability to develop talent and drive results to effectively manage employees and performance while ensuring targets are reached. Your strategic leadership and ability to influence will be essential in this role. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Develop and implement a strategic IT procurement approach that’s aligned with the organization’s business and IT objectives
- Help transform the Gestion des fournisseurs (GFTI) IT supplier management function IT supplier management (ITGF) function and boost its capacity
- Oversee the centralized management of IT supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, renewal and performance
- Implement strategic governance for IT suppliers, including coordination of operational, executive and strategic governance committees
- Monitor costs, realized savings, service levels and risks associated with IT suppliers
- Work with architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, procurement and risk management teams to ensure integrated management that complies with governance documents

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field
-
At least 9 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supplier, IT or procurement strategy management role

Experience in managing teams

Experience presenting strategic files to executives

Knowledge of French is required

Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

Knowledge of the IT ecosystem and business challenges
