Job Description

As part of Grantek’s new Digital Transformation & AI Department, the General Manager – IT & Digital Enablement will lead the strategy, design, and execution of Grantek’s IT and digital infrastructure. This includes building secure, scalable, and AI-ready platforms that support both internal operations and external client delivery.

The GM will integrate IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, cloud computing, DevSecOps, and AI frameworks across the organization, ensuring all strategies align with Grantek’s business goals and transformation roadmap. This is a pivotal leadership role that blends technology vision, operational excellence, and people development.

  • Lead the vision and roadmap for Grantek’s IT and Digital Enablement strategy.
  • Build secure, scalable systems and cloud platforms that power both internal operations and client solutions.
  • Champion AI adoption across the enterprise by driving practical, high-impact use cases.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance across regions.
  • Streamline how Grantek builds, tests, and deploys digital solutions using DevSecOps best practices.
  • Partner with business units to align technology goals with company growth and client success.
  • Grow and mentor a talented IT team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and partners to enhance Grantek’s digital capabilities.
  • Ensure business continuity through proactive risk management and reliable IT performance.

Qualifications

  • **Experience:**10+ years of progressive IT leadership, in enterprise IT, AI, digital transformation, and security management.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy, AI/ML adoption, cloud and edge computing, DevSecOps, and regulated industry IT governance (pharma, food & beverage preferred).
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets, vendors, and complex enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, collaboration, UNS/data integration).
  • Leadership: Strategic thinker with a proactive, risk-aware approach; able to translate business unit needs into IT and AI strategies that enable growth.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive, technical, and client audiences effectively.
  • Culture & Values: Collaborative, decisive, and adaptable leader who builds high-trust teams, drives innovation, and fosters continuous improvement.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
