Your Area of Focus

As a Porter/Wash Bay Attendant, you play a key role in maintaining the professional appearance and smooth operation of our dealership. You’ll be responsible for transporting customers and vehicles as needed, as well as cleaning, detailing, and organizing vehicles for both Service and Sales.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping vehicles and the dealership looking their best.

What Drives Your Day-to-Day

  • Transport customers and dealership staff as required

  • Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors for both customer and inventory vehicles

  • Organize and park vehicles for the Service Department and Sales lot daily

  • Perform basic lot and building maintenance, including snow removal and garbage collection

  • Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damage before returning to customers — reporting any issues immediately

  • Assist with vehicle tagging, service write-ups, and dealership deliveries as needed

  • Maintain wash bay cleanliness and ensure equipment is in proper working order

  • Support merchandising by placing signage and keeping vehicles display-ready

  • Deliver dealer trades or pick up parts from nearby locations when necessary Keep showroom and lot vehicles clean and smudge-free at all times

What You Bring to the Team

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

  • Experience with cleaning tools, products, and equipment (e.g. power washers) is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills A genuine interest in the automotive industry
