**Contract Position:**1 year with the possibility of extension.

Reporting to the Creative Marketing Manager this fantastic opportunity is a key collaborator within the marketing department and involves working directly with the creative team to facilitate the go-to-market launches and creative asset production. This individual will also work closely with a variety of internal customers including Category Management, Product Development, Design, E-commerce, and Sales.

What You’ll Do to Be Successful in This Role

Creative Asset & Imagery Project Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end scheduling and coordination of marketing projects (Go-to-market and tentpole marketing projects).
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally to ensure milestone alignment.
  • Foresee any roadblocks or issues and notify the team of resourcing issues, delivery status, and/or changes in the schedule.
  • Develop strategic documents for client presentations, campaign/project plans, and program wrap and analysis reports.
  • Publish and manage organization of marketing assets across to content libraries.
  • Establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Status Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Develop monthly reporting on project throughput and operational performance
  • Maintain project tracking documentation across all active initiatives
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of distributed marketing assets
  • Track marketing project budgets and associated spend
  • Maintain budget tracking documentation to support financial oversight

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role within the marketing industry.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or production is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools such as advanced capabilities in Excel and experience with Jira.
  • Organization Skills with High Attention to Detail:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral to ensure effective collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and clients.
  • Proven experience in project management, with knowledge and/or understanding of creative and production.
  • Highly confident using Google Suite Applications.

Compensation:$55,000 - $60,000 CAD annually
