Day in the life In this role you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders to help ensure that compensation practices are accurate, equitable and data-driven. The Compensation Specialist, will play a key part in administering the Miller annual compensation cycles, supporting pay equity compliance, and delivering strong compensation analytics to enhance decision-making across the HR function.

Qualifications
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Administration or Finance
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics, with demonstrated hands-on experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, job evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (VBA, Array Functions, Pivot tables, Xlookup, etc.)
- Experience with compensation dashboards and reporting.
- Knowledge of federal and provincial legislation including but not limited to pay equity, leaves of absences, and compensation
- Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders.

Compensation Data The salary range is $80,000 - $95,000 per annum.
