About the role
B2B Social Activation Specialist
Location: Fully Remote (Canada-based only)
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000–$72,000 annually
Why Acclivity?
At Acclivity, we’re passionate about growth: our clients’, yours, and ours. We partner with forward-thinking, tech-savvy companies that are reshaping industries like engineering, manufacturing, and technology. As a fully remote-first agency, we believe in flexibility and work-life integration, giving our team the freedom to create, collaborate, and thrive from anywhere.
What You’ll Do
Activate Social Media for Growth
Manage 4–7 clients (corporate and executive accounts) across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Threads, and other platforms, ensuring each account is active, engaging, and optimized for ABM and demand gen.
Drive Direct Engagement
Own inbound and outbound chats on LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator), Instagram DMs, and other channels — turning conversations into leads and leads into opportunities.
Curate & Build Content
Draft, schedule, and publish platform-native content (posts, stories, event features) that sparks engagement, supports ABM campaigns, and amplifies client voices.
Boost with Precision
Identify and select high-performing organic content for boosting.
Manage CRM Integration
Log and sync social interactions into HubSpot to ensure sales and marketing data stays clean, current, and actionable.
Cross-Pollinate Content
Leverage UGC (user-generated content), partner posts, and executive profiles to amplify reach and authenticity across client accounts.
Monitor & Engage Conversations
Stay plugged into industry discussions, competitor activity, and prospect chatter. Jump in strategically to position clients, spark dialogue, and build visibility.
Support ABM Plays
Activate account-based social tactics — from connecting with target stakeholders to engaging on their content and supporting hyper-personalized campaigns.
Leverage Events
Use social platform event tools (LinkedIn, webinars, virtual events) to maximize reach, registrations, and post-event engagement.
Manage Supporting Digital Platforms
Oversee client presence on review sites (e.g., G2, Capterra), Reddit communities, and YouTube channels — ensuring brand visibility, reputation management, and meaningful audience engagement.
Video & Short-Form Content Activation
Support creation, editing, and publishing of native video content (LinkedIn clips, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) to boost engagement and humanize brand voices. Note: We have video editors but this role should have a strong understanding of how to make reels/stories and shorts perform by leveraging platform specific features.
Employee Advocacy Activation
Encourage and equip client executives and employees to share, engage, and amplify content across their personal networks.
Social Listening & Insight Mining
Track competitor activity, audience sentiment, and industry conversations across platforms. Report back actionable insights to clients and the strategy team. (Supported by AI)
Community Participation
Engage in niche communities (Slack groups, LinkedIn groups, Discord, and relevant forums) where B2B buyers and influencers gather, driving awareness and positioning clients as leaders.
Content Repurposing
Transform webinars, podcasts, blogs, and long-form assets into snackable, platform-native content that extends reach and impact.
Measure & Optimize
Track KPIs (engagement, conversation rates, leads generated) and iterate fast to maximize performance.
Stay Ahead
Experiment with emerging features, platforms, and AI-driven workflows to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
