Job Summary
The Operations Specialist supports daily business operations by improving processes, coordinating activities across departments, and ensuring efficient and compliant operational workflows. This role focuses on execution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to help the organization run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor day-to-day operational activities
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
- Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks
- Support project implementation and process optimization initiatives
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or process coordination (2–4 years typical)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software/tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and reporting
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow management systems
- Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement exposure
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
