XTL Distribution is expanding its team at our Delta facility!
We are currently looking for a Shunter and Forklift Operator who will be responsible for shunting trailers in the yard, loading and unloading trailers and containers, and handling merchandise on the dock.
Shift
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday
- Time: 8:30a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Valid forklift certificate
- Must have the ability to operate a shunt truck: either a valid Class 1 license or a Class 5 license with air brakes
- Minimum 6 months of experience operating a shunt truck
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with RF scanners
- Reach Truck experience is an asset
- Strong teamwork skills and initiative
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Due to current CT‑PAT policy, the successful candidate will be subject to a background check
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
