What You'll Be Doing
- You will be working your shift in an area where the temperature is maintained between 4-6 degrees Celsius (Yes, that is 4 degrees above freezing)
- The main activity in this department is the picking of our customers' customized food orders and combining them together in a shipping container, sorted by our delivery drivers' routes
- Meeting budget and KPI targets
- Maintaining First In First Out (FIFO)
- Ensuring Order Picking Schedule targets are being met or exceeded consistently, week after week
- All KPI’s are being consistently met, week after week
- Flagging delays (as per the Order Picking Schedule targets each day)
- Coaching and training team members to be aligned with Order Picking Schedule and Accuracy targets
- Conducting record keeping, error checks and follow ups
- Ensuring overall organization of the department consistently throughout the day
- Ensuring policies and procedures are being adhered to consistently throughout the day
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or high-paced environment preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred
- Able to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines
- Comfortable working in a temperature controlled environment. The warehouse is kept at between 0 to 10 degrees Celsius
- Able to stand on your feet for 8 hour shifts
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs. (13 kg)
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety awareness required
- Proficient in Google Workspace and / or other similar communication tools, with good written and verbal skills

- Hourly wage of $22.25
- Schedule of Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 6:00AM-4:00PM

Fresh Prep meal kits and Add-ons are available for delivery in British Columbia and Alberta.
Our customers can choose from 10 delicious meals per week, delivered to their door in sustainable packaging, for as low as $10.99 per serving.
All ingredients come pre-cut and pre-portioned, reducing many steps of the cooking process – making dinner time easier and quicker. Customers can also choose from a menu of Add-ons including quick ready-to-eat meals, salads, healthy snacks, juices and pantry staples.
We offer meal kit options for all diets and preferences - 50% of our weekly menu is vegetarian or vegan and customers can select gluten-aware and carb-conscious meals.
