We are currently searching for a Trade Escort to join our team on a temporary basis in St. John’s, NL for a 6 month term. This role will be important in ensuring our buildings are secure and proper processes are being followed during a renovation period.
What you will do:
- Manage building keys securely, ensuring proper tracking, return, and safe handling at all times;
- Control contractor and service provider access by verifying identification, confirming work orders, and ensuring prior management authorization;
- Act as the main point of contact between contractors, residents, staff, and management, providing courteous communication and professional support;
- Escort and monitor contractors within the building, coordinating scheduled maintenance and ensuring compliance with building policies;
- Ensure all units and common areas are properly secured after work is completed;
- Record and maintain accurate logs of contractor visits, access time and tasks completed;
- Prepare end-of-shift or assignment reports, including photos when required.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Effective, proven skills and experience;
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
