Location: Montreal, QC (Remote)
The role:
We're looking for a proactive and collaborative ERP Business Analyst to join us on a 2-year fully remote contract. Reporting to the ERP Manager, you will play a key role in the selection and implementation of our future ERP system, anticipated to be Microsoft Dynamics 365, and will act as a vital link between our business teams and technical experts.
You'll be contributing to requirements gathering, business process analysis, data migration planning, and ongoing system support. This role will also provide long-term support in maintaining data integrity and improving overall ERP performance and usability across all departments and global sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP selection and implementation through data mapping, fit-gap analysis, and functional design discussions.
- Collaborate with business users and functional leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.) to understand, document, and continuously improve business processes.
- Lead ERP configuration, system setup, and integration alignment to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in the system.
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems (DAX 2012 / NAV 2018), troubleshooting user issues and coordinating resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
- Contribute to ongoing ERP projects and process automation initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop user-friendly documentation, job aids, and training materials to encourage adoption and ease of use.
- Coordinate ERP maintenance activities, including updates, upgrades, and adding new modules or features.
What you will bring:
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle ERP implementation, including data mapping and fit-gap analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, SSRS, Snowflake, or ThoughtSpot (asset)
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance reporting, automation, and user experience (big plus)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional system solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bilingual: English (required for our global operations) and French (essential for internal communication and compliance in Quebec)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing business needs
- Detail-oriented, curious, and organized, with a natural drive to improve systems and processes
