🍸 Bartender – Authentic Italian Restaurant
Location: Hamilton, ON Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
About Us: We’re an authentic Italian restaurant known for our fresh ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere. From spritzes and negronis to espresso martinis and fine Italian wines. Our goal is to make the bar the heart of the experience — and we’re looking for a talented Bartender to join our team.
What You’ll Do: • Craft classic and signature cocktails with attention to detail and presentation • Provide exceptional, friendly service to all guests at the bar and in the dining room • Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and organization • Pair cocktails and wines with menu items to enhance the guest experience • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience
What We’re Looking For: • Previous bartending experience • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine service • Positive attitude and team-player mentality • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and grace • Smart Serve certification (required)
