- Base salary range for Plant Manager between 150 000 and 185 000 $CAD annually
At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Plant Manager:
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing plant while ensuring the safety of its employees and a safe environment free of all risks
- Ensure optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in terms of occupational health and safety, production capacity, standardization of operating costs and quality
- Lead compliance with Cascades’ business processes in the plant, in accordance with established business rules and best practices
- Develop and execute investment and asset maintenance plans, and meet return on investment targets
- Lead employee relations by fostering engagement, driving talent management initiatives, and providing coaching to support employee development and career growth
- Establish performance standards (availability, efficiency, OEE) in collaboration with the General Manager
- Collaborate in the implementation of optimization projects specific to your unit
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the sustainability of Lean Manufacturing best practices

- Proven leadership with 10+ years of management experience in the manufacturing sector, Pulp and Paper industry an asset.
