The Opportunity – What You Will Do
Research Responsibilities
-
- Conduct building walkthroughs throughout the summer and update CBRE’s tenant database with gathered information
-
- Input, maintain, and extract data from internal research databases, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation
-
- Support the Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst with various research initiatives
-
- Update and maintain research materials such as stacking plans and corridor reports
-
- Research corporate information and contact details for a variety of properties
-
- Respond to ad hoc requests from agents and provide support across multiple teams
-
- Address zoning and official plan questions, often related to permitted uses (general familiarity with Ottawa zoning bylaws is an asset)
-
- Assist in the creation and analysis of market statistics and contribute to the development of client-facing presentations
Administrative Responsibilities

- Capture property photos as required
-
- Support occasional deliveries within Ottawa's Financial Core
-
- Assist with general administrative tasks including binding and scanning
Qualifications
-
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (preference for Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate & Housing, Urban Planning, or Statistics)
-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
