R&R Pools has been building residential inground pools in Halifax for over 40 years. We are a second-generation, locally owned company known for high standards, strong systems, and long-term client relationships.
We are now hiring the next generation of construction leadership as part of our long-term succession planning.
This is not a clipboard role.
This is boots-on-the-ground construction leadership.
WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
Year One
You work directly beside our Construction Manager.
You learn our build sequencing, quality standards, and systems.
You lead daily execution on site while developing into independent build leadership.
Long Term
You confidently run builds with support, not supervision.
You protect quality, schedule, and crew performance.
This is a long-term career opportunity — not a temporary position.

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Salary position ($75,000–$85,000 depending on experience)
