This is a remote role based in Canada

This position will lead the development and execution of high-impact communication strategies, project initiatives, and performance improvement programs across brand operations. This role serves as a central point of collaboration between cross-functional teams, brand leadership, and operations departments to drive alignment with business goals, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Strategize, plan, and manage large-scale initiatives tied to brand-wide priorities. Collaborate with cross-brand and cross-functional teams to move strategic projects from concept to execution while aligning with KPIs and business goals.
  • Data-Driven Performance Analysis & Business Planning: Partner with leadership and Brand Analysts to develop and maintain strategic business plans. Use performance data and analytics to identify trends, recommend strategy adjustments, and support revenue-driving decisions across marketing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Strategic Communication & Content Management: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive, multi-platform communication strategies to ensure clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across all levels of field team members. Optimize intranet site design and content to support business objectives and integrate stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Campaign & Solution Development Go-To-Market Design & Optimization: Translate strategic initiatives into actionable operational campaigns. Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including communications specialists, policy experts, and systems analysts—to scale solutions that meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Foster a professional, inclusive team environment while effectively presenting business cases and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders, across all levels of leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality operations
  • Experience in project management
  • Intermediate to advanced technology skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with the Microsoft platform

The salary range for this opportunity is $87,000 - $90,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
