Our Information Technology department is seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst - Roadside.

The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the technical capabilities needed to address business challenges.

Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Assist with troubleshooting application system related issues.
  • Identify solutions to business system problems.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships
  • Create and maintain requirements, issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
  • Diligently support and lead where needed, various activities between the teams to ensure the business and technical requirements and objectives are met.
  • Participate and contribute to the overall system(s) design.
  • Assist with the creation of test suites, execute testing and support the QA process.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Python, Java and JavaScript
  • Proficient in Windows Server Administration and Web Server Administration
  • Understanding of Linux Servers and commands
  • Proficient in querying Oracle and SQL databases
  • Python and AI knowledge - good to have
  • AI Framework and Libraries - good to have
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures
