Description
We’re looking for a creative, Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth. This will be done through tradeshows, as well as creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-channel marketing, and can manage campaigns end-to-end while supporting sales teams with actionable insights.

What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to develop and align marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by learning and leveraging software tools.
- Create and design marketing assets, including white papers, case studies, presentations, and other professional documents.
- Deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Maintain the marketing database and proactively manage the marketing calendar.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth operations across sales and marketing.
- Build a strong understanding of company products and brand positioning.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret reports to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct and organize market research, including survey and feedback analysis.
- Manage and update social media channels with relevant, timely content.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage company events including VIP events, trade shows, corporate events and sales kickoffs
- Lead marketing and demand generation campaigns in Canada, collaborating with US resources as needed, including reviewing leads, opportunities, assignments, and follow-ups.
- Manage branding requirements for Canadian campaigns to ensure consistency with corporate standards.
- Provide Sales Enablement support: develop and maintain bilingual (English/French) documentation, deliver training, and identify needs.
- Perform other related projects and tasks as assigned.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales or administration
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Social Media management and direct channel marketing experience
- Adobe Suite experience preferred
